The Legendary Graphic Design Pub Quiz 2018

Each year the University Of Portsmouth Graphic Design students host a pub quiz to raise funds for to attend D&AD New Blood, the quiz has a legendary status amongst the staff, student and alumni. Inspired by this legendary status, I created my own series of posters trying to encapsulate the energy and enthusiasm we all share for the event. The pun quiz is known for not only it’s difficult questions but the epic raffle prizes as well as music and liberal drinking. My series of posters aimed to advertise each aspect of the event to appeal to the wide audience who engage with the event for different reasons. The designs became an intricate yet bold statement with highly coded imagery to dissect and discover.
