Technology Roadmap 2020/21

Every year the National Oceanography Centre publishes the National Marine Facilities (NMF) Technology Roadmap which outlines the current capabilities and looks to the future of oceanographic science and the technology that will take us there. The report was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic which prevented photography, to make up for the missing photography and against a tight deadline I produced twenty-eight original illustrations to bring the report to life. The report is spread over 96 pages with tables, illustrations, diagrams and a small amount of existing photography. The 2020/21 report was the most downloaded item from the website that year, reaching colleagues and partners across the industry. The next edition is due to be published in 2021.
