A Short History Of The Bakewell Pudding

A Short Cultural & Historical Exploration of the Legendary Bakewell Pudding and its Many Modern Imitations or A Short History of the Bakewell Pudding was designed as an exploration of nineteenth century typographic design. Through the use of elaborate type design, bold colours and large scale we celebrate the Bakewell in its many forms and variations. The final result was submitted to the International Society of Typographic Designers (ISTD) who conducted an in-depth assessment of my typographic skill. The assessment looked into my research, self-reflection, design strategy and development as well as the technical and production specification to accompany my book. The ISTD deemed that I had reached the high standard to qualify for membership of the Society.
